Check-in opens at 11:00 on 24th January - 26th January 2018 and is located at the DFDS Terminal on Dampfærgevej 30, 2100 Copenhagen. The absolute LATEST check in time is 15:30.
Booking is mandatory and you must have a cabin reserved if you wish to travel with the conference. There are a selection of 5-6 cabins available onboard the ship. Apart from the type of cabin, all delegates have the same access to the conference and social activities.
Booking opens August 2017 until the booking deadline of 19th January 2018.

Method of Payment
Registration fees are payable in Danish kr by creditcard. The following creditcards are accepted: VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Dancard American Express.
Conference Cruise & Hotel Rooms
There are no refunds for cancellations after booking.
Parking is available for either on land at the port or on board the ship.
Changes to original booking incurs a fee of €40 (charged in Danish kr 250)
Any additional amendments or invoice requests will also attract additional administration costs
Our permanent medical centre is open at all events and can be found in the paddock area underneath the circuit office. On larger events our Spectator Medical Centre located at the top of the paddock will be open.
Passports are required to board the ship, even if you do not intend to disembark in Oslo.
After lunch on 26th January at 13:00. There will be a coach to Copenhagen Airport available to book.
Taxis are available outside the terminal or there is a train station nearby. Additional transport can be pre ordered by the Conference Management Team or there is a coach traveling to Copenhagen Airport at 13:15 for those delegates that have booked transport.
For delegates wishing to stay in Copenhagen before and after the conference, there is a special package at one of Copenhagens best hotels including breakfast and transport to and from the ship, the Phoenix Hotel.
Partners are welcome to attend the conference cruise and have the same privileges and meals/drinks as the delegates. As they are not obliged to attend the speakers programme, tours of Oslo can be booked through the Conference Management Team or Central Oslo is a 15 minute walk from the ships dock.
Final check-in at the ship in Copenhagen is 15:30 on the 31st January and we dock again at 10:00 on the 2nd February should you wish to spend more time enjoying Denmark's capital.
